Finding a coach you trust usually means digging through Reddit threads and Discord channels, hoping a high iRating also means someone knows how to teach.

Then the session happens: a screenshare of a data screen, a voice call, and informal advice like “try braking a bit later into Turn 4.”

Notes, when they happen at all, get dumped into an unsearchable Google Doc. Two weeks later, the drills you were supposed to practice are buried under chat history. The reference lap your coach demonstrated is gone. And for coaches, half the job becomes unpaid administrative chaos: chasing payments, juggling timezones in DMs, and re-explaining the same baseline pointers every session.

Your driving data, the one thing that objectively proves what went wrong and what improved, sits idle in a folder.

Coaching should be built around your telemetry. A lap is a fact, not an opinion. You can see precisely where your throttle trace diverges from a reference lap, where your brake release shape collapses, and where the delta builds. Progress comes from looking at the data together with someone who understands car dynamics.

Coaching should produce concrete artifacts. A productive session should not just be a conversation. It should produce tangible assets:

We do not harvest telemetry to build commercial databases, we do not scrape car setups, and we do not use your laps to train machine learning models. Telemetry shared in a session is scoped strictly between you and your coach. When you upload a session, it exists to make you faster, nothing else.

Automated tools for sim racing are becoming capable. They can parse lap times, flag late braking, compare basic traces, and highlight simple deltas. For putting in solo practice reps between coaching sessions, that has real value.

But data analysis is not coaching. An experienced coach brings what automated tools lack: human judgment.

A coach understands which setup adjustments actually transfer to race conditions, which “improvements” on paper just create instability elsewhere, and how many inputs a driver can change before losing confidence in the car. They answer the questions you actually feel in the rig: “Why does the rear feel detached under high-speed load?” or “I am losing time through the chicane on cold tires: what should I prioritize first?”

Data shows what happened. Human experience explains why it matters and what to do next. Our stance is straightforward: use software tools for solo reps, and work with a human coach for judgment, priorities, and real-time breakthroughs.
