The platform that gets coaching out of Discord.
Book verified high-iRating coaches, drag & drop your iRacing .ibt files, and review telemetry live with your coach — actionable insights, agreed drills, and shared goals in the live workspace.
Why legacy coaching tools fall short
Chat platforms have their place — but they weren't built for coaching. Coaching needs a platform built for it: structured sessions, live telemetry, and progress you can track. Read our why →
Track Your Evolution
Structured Coaching vs DM Chaos
- ✕Vague Advice & Forgotten Tips: Feedback gets buried in chat threads with zero structured homework or accountability.
- ✕Zero Progression Tracking: No objective scorecard to see whether you're genuinely improving across sessions.
- ✕Fragmented Files: Sending raw .ibt files over chat with no shared synchronized telemetry viewer.
- Actionable Drills & Lap Evidence: Coach assigns targeted track drills with student lap attachments to prove mastery.
- Your driver scorecard: real feedback from your coach, so you can see how you've improved over time.
- Interactive Corner Pins & Notes: Coach pins feedback directly onto track corners with synchronized 60 Hz telemetry traces.
- Verified Pros & Stripe Protection: Verified iRating stats, instant calendar scheduling, and escrow protection.
